These 2 pages of undated notes regarding the Turner family were written by my mother, Betty Hulburd-Hine-Alderson.  It is highly likely that they were taken in 1942 when my newly married mother, a resident of New Jersey, was first visiting her new mother-in-law, Rose Turner-Hine in Seattle, Washington.
